If you have a shallow roof pitch to your home which is unsuitable for a loft conversion, we have an alternative:
Remove the complete ceiling to a room ie: bedroom, continue the wall that separates the room right up to the roof line. Fix a new ceiling to the roof line, adding in a velux window or two.
This will give you a more spacious feel with added light and ventilation.
You could choose a bedroom, stairwell/landing area or bathroom, perhaps you have no natural light to an upstairs room/area, or just want a bigger/ unique feel?
You also retain the rest of your loft space as before.
