Loft conversion in Andover, Hampshire.
We converted the loft to provide a large L shaped bedroom with a step down into en-suite.
The chimney to the end wall (which wasn't used) was removed to enable the construction of the staircase, but kept outside to retain the original features using a metal framework made up internally.
Original features were kept as much as possible, brickwork to second chimney, internal hip timbers.
